Tina M. Bland is an experienced professional who brings more than 40 years of administrative background to her role as office manager of the Simmons Business Law Group, PLLC. (SBLGP).

 

Tina assists in the day-to-day administrative functions of SBLGP. She began her career in the retail industry but quickly realized her passion for being a people person. This passion has led me into customer service in various industries including education, printing, medical/healthcare, dental, accounting, and legal. She also had the great experience of being an entrepreneur which gave her an even deeper appreciation of the sense of urgency sometimes displayed by our clients. Her personal experiences have helped her to relate to and understanding the needs of our SBLGP clients.

 

Her goal has always been to make each client feel special by listening, paying attention, and doing her best to answer their questions (or call them back with an answer, when necessary). It is important to let them know that we value them as a client and that we build relationships not client lists. I know sometimes it feels like customer service not dead however everyone calling SBLGP will be greeted with a smile and treated as family!
